Custom Made heating/cooling bags. Size about 5.5 ×20 inch ( slight difference in size). Filled with flaxseeds, rice or wheat kernels. Comes from a smoke and pet free home.

For a hot heating bag place it in a microwave for up to 2 minutes in 30-second intervals, to avoid burning the seeds. If you don't have a microwave you can heat it up in an oven by 230°F ( 110°C) for about 10 min.
For a cold bag place it in the freezer for about 1 hour. Use it as needed, cold or hot.
