PRICE DROP!! FCFS. Registered American Quarter horse

Looking for a good home for Caution. We've had multiple ppl inquire, so to make things easier, and because he NEEDS AND LOVES ATTENTION, I've decided he's available FCFS) HE DESERVES ATTENTION AND HE'S NOT GETTING IT HERE. (Registered name, Potential Gambler.) Born May 10, 2012. Approximately 16- 1/2 hands high. Broke to ride, but needs a rider with some experience. Ground work is good. Gentle around children. Is currently alone, but loves other horses. Last hoof trimming was March 19, 2024. In the past year he's had them trimmed almost every 16 weeks. Farrier commented that he does really well. Has a slight case of heaves, but its very manageable. Vet was optimistic with his improvement. ((Has "possible slight" hawk arthritis which would be due to an injury from way before we got him. We haven't gotten it checked but he is a "little" bit sore.)) Last deworming was last fall. Reason for selling- not enough time to spend with him. Serious inquiries only. Text only, 204-384-6863.
