Registered American Quarter horse

Looking for a good home for Caution. (Registered name, Potential Gambler.) Born May 10, 2012. Approximately 16- 1/2 hands high. Broke to ride, but needs an experienced rider. Ground work is good. Gentle around children. Is currently alone, but loves other horses. Last hoof trimming was March 19, 2024. In the past year he's had them trimmed almost every 16 weeks. Farrier commented that he does really well. Has a slight case of heaves, but its very manageable. Vet was optimistic with his improvement. Last deworming was last fall.
