Home is shared with myself and my cat, no additional pets will be permitted. Rent covers all utilities including water, hydro, and fiber internet. Driveway parking space available. Renter will have their own (newly renovated) private bathroom. Additional area in basement available for renter’s exclusive use with that can be used for various kitchen appliances. (Bedroom can be furnished upon request)

Shared kitchen, laundry, deep freeze, and living area space. Backyard and fire pit access.
