Requirements:
- Must have more than 5 years of experience in the construction industry, familiar with framing, drywall, mud/taping, painting, kitchen cabinetry, washroom, hard wood flooring, tiling and various cosmetic finishes.

- Must be punctual, reliable and have a flexible work schedule
- Must able to work efficiently with minimum supervision
- Well organized and be able to work well individually and as part of a team
- Willing to transition into a maintenance and property manager role.
